Weight Loss
Weight doesn't have to stick, we can actualize the bodies of our dreams, step by step but only as long as we also work on our stressors.
You've tried countless diets, fasts and exercise programs, yet something has been in the way of your progress.
Stress.
Specifically because it engages what's known as the fight or flight response system that turns off your digestion, resulting in a larger percentage of what you consume to be turned into fat.
Obviously, the better you eat, the easier it will be to lose weight. But what force pushes us to "eat our emotions?"
Stress.
What's awkward is that our stress can include our own guilt or shame to how we look or how much we weigh, creating a vicious cycle that's hard to escape. We then become chained by this very system that was designed to help us survive.
And thus the simple truth is that your diets have not failed you, your exercise routines have not failed you and they do work. But in order for them to work, and be able to get the body you've always wanted you'll have to first become a warrior of wellness.
As in our combat of wellness program.
The stories that may be the most helpful are:
Imagine being able to improve your diet without such a strong call to the dark side of food. Imagine being able to gently begin a new exercise program without such a heavy magnetic force against your very movement.
You are more capable than you may dare to imagine.
Step-by-step we will get there together.
Never give up, never surrender!
